How does it work?
To see a primary care physician on demand:

Step 2: A Telehealth Navigator will get you registered and enrolled in MyChart.
Step 3: Log in to MyChart to verify your information and access the video.
Step 4: You're done! Your provider will begin your virtual care visit shortly.

We take care of billing your insurance post appointment. Your co-pay and/or deductible may apply for which you will be responsible. Self-pay insures will have an upfront flat fee that can vary. If you have any questions regarding insurance, feel free to call our billing team at 225.590.3582.
